As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are currently constructing a working kitchen garden across the road from the Hotel. This will allow us to grow some of our own produce, reducing our reliance on external sources and ensuring the freshest ingredients for your dining pleasure.

Our garden will also provide a unique opportunity for education. We believe in fostering a connection with the land, and the kitchen garden will serve as a place where guests and the local community can learn about the joys of gardening and sustainable food production, connecting with nature and the food on their plates in a meaningful way.
